Technical data. IP addresses, device details, browser data, logs, diagnostics, and security events help us protect accounts, monitor uptime, and troubleshoot issues.

Service delivery. We use customer data to host Agents, configure access, complete website, build software, answer support requests, and maintain security.

Providers and tools. We use service providers for hosting, payments, email, forms, analytics, security, backups, and model-provider connection flows.

Model providers. When you connect a model provider, your provider terms and privacy settings apply to that provider. Your subscription stays yours.

Legal and safety. We may use or disclose information when needed to comply with law, prevent abuse, protect systems, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms.

Your choices. You can ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup limits.

Agent permissions. You control which accounts, tools, files, and devices your Agent can access. Higher-risk actions should stay behind approval gates.

Retention. We keep data while it is needed for service delivery, records, security, dispute handling, backups, or legal obligations.
